Senior Programmer Analyst w/Bachelor’s degree in CS or Engg or CIS and 60 months of experience as SalesForce responsible for SalesForce consulting and business analysis. Work on Projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Constantly interact with functional team, Analyze and investigate on various approaches for the solution for Requirements. Involve in requirements gathering. Create Technical Design Document (Technical specifications) based on the salesforce requirements or User stories. Develop web services and command line interface to Integrate salesforce with multiple external systems to get specific details into salesforce. Develop custom object, custom buttons, Apex classes, develop interfaces etc. Support all the testing phases. Develop test classes for the solution. Validate and work on code deployment related activities. Coordinate with different teams and resolved the issues as early as possible. Refresh of the sandboxes to make the changes up to date to the Production. Travel may be required to unanticipated client site locations.
