Salesforce Tester w/Bachelor’s degree in Engg or CE and
24 months of experience as Software Professional to
Identify stakeholders, Participate in Joint Application
Development sessions, Gather and organize project
requirements. Review and update requirement, use case,
webpage specification, test case, and user guide
documentation. Participate in the design of new windows
for the updated application. Drafting flow diagrams,
AS-IS and To-Be models, Software Requirement
Specification document, user cases, traceability
matrices and other required documentation. Perform data
migration by loading data between Salesforce and other
applications using Data Loader, Workbench. Implement
Salesforce.com multi-cloud solution (Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and
Community Cloud) based on clients need. FREQUENT TRAVEL
TO UNANTICIPATED WORKSITE LOCATIONS MAY BE REQUIRED
WITHIN USA.
